Returns Policy

If you receive your item and are less than satisfied, please let me know within 48hrs of receiving your package. My goal is your 100% satisfaction. You can exchange your item as long as you cover shipping both ways and the item is in brand new condition.

If EVER your item is in need of repair, we will always fix it!  If something broke that shouldn't have, we'll repair it for free.  If it broke because it was misused or the puppy got it ;) then we may ask you to help cover our time for repairing it, usually $5 and to also cover shipping.


We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days. If you need something by a certain date, please let us know and we can make sure it arrives in time! 
Our average processing time is 2-3 days, and first class shipping is usually 2-4 days, but during busy seasons that might be longer.  

Delivery Confirmation is included in the shipping price.  Once the package leaves my hands, I can no longer be responsible for it. Very rarely does USPS completely loose a package, but it does happen! If you're worried about this, please contact me to purchase shipping insurance.

International Customers: USPS 1st class international, tends to be 7-14days.
